Justice Aminuddin Khan Sworn In As First Chief Justice Of Federal Constitutional Court
Justice Aminuddin Khan has been sworn in as the first Chief Justice of Pakistan’s newly constituted Federal Constitutional Court. The ceremony marked the beginning of a new judicial body, established under the 27th Amendment, which aims to adjudicate key constitutional issues.
