Pakistan Invited To Participate In Upcoming US-Iran Talks: FO 

Pakistan has confirmed that it has been invited to participate in the upcoming diplomatic talks between the United States and Iran, the Foreign Office (FO) said. The discussions are aimed at de-escalating tensions between Tehran and Washington and may involve several regional partners to foster dialogue and stability.

Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Hussain Andrabi said Islamabad received the formal invitation and that Pakistan’s participation is seen as important in helping ease regional tensions. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar is expected to represent Pakistan in the talks, which are likely to be held in Istanbul.

Analysts said Pakistan’s role reflects its diplomatic efforts to contribute to peace and stability in the region while balancing complex geopolitical interests
