Iranian General: War’s End in Our Hands; 36,500 Civilian Sites Hit in US-Israel Attacks

Iranian general says ‘end of war in our hands’; 36,500 civilian units damaged in US-Israel attacks

A senior Iranian military commander has said that the “end of the war is in our hands,” as tensions continue to escalate following strikes by the United States and Israel on Iranian territory. The general warned that Iran is prepared to continue its response until what he described as aggression against the country is halted.

Iranian authorities also reported that around 36,500 civilian residential units and infrastructure facilities were damaged during the attacks. Officials said the strikes caused widespread destruction in several areas, affecting homes, public services and other essential facilities.

The developments come amid intensifying regional conflict involving Iran, the United States and Israel, raising concerns among international observers about the risk of a broader confrontation in the Middle East.
