Two More Judges Of Federal Constitutional Court Sworn In

Two additional judges have been officially sworn in to Pakistan’s newly established Federal Constitutional Court. The ceremony, attended by senior judiciary members and government officials, marked a significant step in the operationalisation of the court, which was created under the 27th Constitutional Amendment. Officials noted that the new appointments aim to strengthen the court’s capacity to adjudicate key constitutional matters, protect fundamental rights, and resolve inter-institutional disputes. The development is seen as a landmark in Pakistan’s judicial reforms and constitutional governance.
