PM Urges Kabul To Curb Terrorists Operating From Afghan Soil

PM Calls On World To Urge Kabul To Rein In Terrorists Operating From Afghan Soil

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged the international community to press Kabul to take concrete action against terrorist groups operating from Afghan territory. Officials stated that Pakistan has repeatedly raised concerns over cross-border attacks and the presence of militants targeting Pakistani security forces and civilians. The PM emphasised that regional peace depends on Afghanistan fulfilling its counterterrorism commitments and preventing its soil from being used against neighbouring countries. Analysts noted that the appeal reflects Islamabad’s growing frustration with repeated incidents of cross-border militancy and its call for coordinated global efforts to ensure regional security.
