PML-N stalwart Nehal Hashmi sworn in as Sindh governor
Senior leader of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), Nehal Hashmi, has been sworn in as the new Governor of Sindh. The oath-taking ceremony was held at the Governor House Karachi, where the oath was administered by the Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court.
Nehal Hashmi, known as a loyal party stalwart, has played an active role in national politics and party affairs over the years. Party leaders expressed confidence that his administrative experience and political background will help strengthen coordination between the provincial and federal governments.
Officials said the new governor is expected to focus on governance, institutional cooperation and development initiatives across the province while working closely with stakeholders to address key administrative challenges.
