US President Donald Trump has halted planned attacks on Iran following high-level talks with Shehbaz Sharif and Asim Munir, as Washington and Tehran agreed to a temporary ceasefire.

According to reports, the two sides reached a two-week provisional ceasefire brokered through Pakistan’s diplomatic intervention, just hours before a major escalation deadline set by Trump.
