PFF Launches She League and She League Juniors

Islamabad, October 9: The Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) will launch the She League and She League Juniors in Islamabad tomorrow, October 10.

Based on a five-a-side format, the leagues will provide girls and women with a platform to showcase their talent and pursue their dream of representing Pakistan. The initiative will also help identify promising talent for the FIFA U-15 Girls’ World Cup, scheduled for 2027.

PFF President Syed Mohsin Gilani said that the development of women’s football requires sustained investment and clear pathways for players to progress.

Meanwhile, Mezgān Orakzai, Head of the PFF Women’s Department, described the initiative as the first practical step towards implementing the federation’s women’s football development strategy.

Both leagues will be played at the Jinnah Futsal Ground, Islamabad Sports Complex.
