FIR Registered Against 9 NCCIA Officials For ‘Misuse Of Authority’ On Complaint Of YouTuber Ducky Bhai’s Wife

An FIR has been registered with the Federal Investigation Agency’s Anti-Corruption Circle in Lahore against nine officials of the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), following a complaint by the wife of YouTuber Saad Umer Khan (commonly known as “Ducky Bhai”). The complaint alleges misuse of authority and bribery, including demands for Rs 9 million to “provide relief” to Ducky Bhai’s family and facilitate his judicial remand. The FIR names senior and mid-level officials, states officers disappeared for several days, and claims funds were transferred via cash and cryptocurrency in a scheme involving call centres and fraud-linked businesses
