CM Murad Ali Shah Launches SAMRS As Pakistan’s First Integrated Education Reform Model

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah launched the SAMRS (Sindh All-usion Multilevel Reform Strategy) programme, described as Pakistan’s first integrated education reform model. The initiative aims to overhaul the provincial education system through unified policies addressing curriculum, teacher training, infrastructure, and digital learning. Shah noted that SAMRS will emphasise data-driven decision-making and involve public-private partnerships to improve learning outcomes. The model is intended to raise the quality of education, ensure equitable access, and prepare students for the demands of the 21st-century economy. He encouraged stakeholders to support the long-term vision for educational transformation.
