Iran’s Parliament Speaker Says Tehran Will Not Compromise On Nation’s Rights
Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has said Tehran will not compromise on the rights of the Iranian nation during ongoing diplomatic engagements and regional negotiations.
The remarks were made during talks with Pakistan’s Army Chief Asim Munir in Tehran, where discussions reportedly focused on regional tensions, ceasefire efforts, and indirect communication with the United States.
Ghalibaf stated that Iran remains committed to defending its national interests and warned that any renewed aggression against the country would face a strong response.
According to Iranian media reports, Tehran believes major differences still remain in ongoing diplomatic efforts despite signs of limited progress in negotiations involving regional mediators.
Analysts say the statement reflects Iran’s firm stance on sovereignty, security, and nuclear-related issues as tensions continue across the Middle East.
